Terms & Conditions 

RENTAL PERIOD

The agreed date and rental start and end time will be locked in once the Contract is signed and the non-refundable deposit is paid. 
 

EQUIPMENT RENTAL PAYMENT

Jumpin' Joy Rental LLP agrees to rent the item(s) described on the first page of the document for the stated rental period. The Customer acknowledges that they will have to pay the deposit and full price stated on the first page of the contract. The remaining amount, minus the deposit, is due before equipment is set up.

 

TRANSPORTATION FEES

Travel within 30 minutes from Bishopville or Hartsville South Carolina will be free of charge. Any location beyond that will be charged a flat rate. Where such costs are incurred, they will be added to the final bill. The Client agrees to provide Jumpin' Joy Rentals LLP with access to the event venue to drop off, set up, and pick up the equipment.

 

RECEIPT OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT

The Customer agrees to inspect the rental equipment during the installation and prior to their use. The Customer acknowledges that safety and operation guidelines and instructions are provided. The Customer must read all these instructions before operating the equipment. The Customer agrees that all rental equipment must not be rented, sold, or removed from the delivery address specified on the first page.

 

RETURN OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT

Jumpin' Joy Rentals LLP retains ownership of all rental equipment provided unless stated otherwise. The Customer shall not modify or alter the rental equipment in any way. The Customer shall be responsible for any damages, losses, or theft of the rental equipment that occurs when the equipment is under the possession of the Customer. The Customer shall reimburse Jumpin' Joy Rentals LLP for the full cost of repair or replacement of any damaged, lost, or stolen rental equipment. This excludes any damage resulting from normal "wear and tear" of the equipment. Normal "wear and tear" refers to ordinary deterioration resulting from the proper use of the equipment.

The following equipment will be delivered with your rental: a tarp (if needed), 100 foot hose (if using as a water slide), stakes or sandbags, blower, and 100 foot extension cord.

 

SAFETY AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

The Customer agrees to read the instructions and operate the equipment according to the safety and operating instructions provided for the equipment delivered. The Customer acknowledges that there is a risk of damage or injury with the use of the inflatable and agrees to be responsible for the safe and correct operation and use of the inflatable. The Customer agrees not to operate the inflatable in unsafe conditions. The inflatable should not be placed near a fire source.

 

WEATHER CONDITIONS

The inflatable and other rental equipment should not be used during rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, or other adverse weather conditions that could pose a safety risk. If adverse weather is forecasted, the Customer and Jumpin' Joy Rentals LLP will discuss options for rescheduling or cancellation.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Jumpin' Joy Rentals LLP and its employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the Customer's use of the equipment during the rental period, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct

 

PHOTOGRAPHY

Jumpin' Joy Rentals LLP reserves the right to photograph the rental equipment they provide at the Customer's event for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to a website, social media, portfolio, and advertising materials. The Customer grants Jumpin' Joy Rentals LLP the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use these photographs without any compensation or approval.

 

HANDLING EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS

If the equipment does not function properly or the Customer does not fully understand the operating instructions provided, the Customer will cease any use of the inflatable. If the inflatable deflates, all users must immediately exit it. The Customer can call Jumpin' Joy Rentals LLP at (843) 992-7237 or (989) 657-6033 for assistance.

 

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION

The Customer may request to reschedule the event to a mutually agreed-upon date and time, subject to Jumpin' Joy Rentals LLP's availability. If you have to reschedule due to weather, we will refund your deposit, or we can reschedule your rental if we have availability. If you cancel your rental the deposit is non-refundable. You will have the option to use the deposit on a rental for a future date. 

 

COMPLIANCE WITH LAW

The Customer agrees not to use the inflatable in an illegal or unsafe manner. The Customer will comply with all laws and regulations governing the use of the rented equipment during the stated rental period. The Customer is responsible for paying any fees, permits, licenses, fines, or taxes resulting from the utilization of the equipment prior to its use.

 

This contract supersedes any oral agreements, understandings, or communications previously made. Any modifications or amendments to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be considered valid. If a breach of the Contract occurs, Jumpin' Joy Rentals LLP reserves the right to terminate the Contract, and all monies given are non-refundable. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated in this Contract.
